In this series you will;
- Set – and meet – attainable and maintainable goals and intentions.

- Learn how to carry your work forward, and how to let your process carry you forward!

The series includes:
- 5 group tele-classes – Sunday evenings at 7 PM, starting May 6.
- Group and individual action steps (coach-speak for homework) designed to incorporate the work you have done in class.
- A private e-group where you and your class-mates can ask for and offer support, discuss your progress, and build friendships.
- One private, one-on-one, 20-minute coaching session with Lasara.
